Our 1st visit to Inverurie turned out to be an excellent weekend. When we arrived we were a bit concerned with the available space for us to set up and could probably have used our smaller PA but we eventually managed to squeeze into the space provided. The Friday crowd were excellent and danced around the entire evening. Afterwards we were treated so some beer and sandwiches which always go down a treat!
Saturday was an early start (9pm) and due to the licensing laws we were finished by 12 and drinking with the locals in the pub up the road by 1. Highlight of the weekend was the Saturday sing-a-long to Chasing Cars, the crowd seemed to know the words better than me and Iain thought it was rather emotional.
Thanks to Pearl and all the staff for looking after us all weekend and keeping us fed and beer'd!!

We are having to reschedule 3 future gigs.
The Brightons Inn gig originally scheduled for 30th August has now been changed to 4th October and our trip to Inverness to play The Room on 5th & 6th September has been postponed.
Our weekend in Foxes on 7th & 8th November has been brought forward to 12th & 13 September.
Dates for Sportsters Falkirk should follow in the next fortnight so stay tuned...
After a well earned 6 week break we returned to The Room in Inverness feeling a wee bit rusty.
The Friday night crowd were however an excellent mob and bounced around until the end. We did have a minor tussle with a hen party during our 1st break as they decided to take to the stage and try out our instruments, kicking a pint over the stage in the process. They were quickly asked to vacate by The Rooms 1st class door men but they did pop back in again the following night and apologised so fair play as they were rather intoxicated.
By the end of the night the place was as mobbed as ive ever seen it on a Friday and was a gig we thouroughly enjoyed despite the odd rusty musicians mistake!
Saturday was another excellent night, it was extremely busy until around 11.45 as many punters headed out to make the curfew for the clubs. Our rust had gone by the Saturday and we played a blinder IMO. Thanks to everyone for their kind remarks and to the people who enjoyed Friday so much they came back for a 2nd helping!!!

A beautiful setting for a fantastic evening. Without doubt the best younger crowd we have ever had the pleasure of playing to. They loved their music and sang along and danced to songs way before their time.
Steve, our DJ for the evening kicked off proceedings about 9pm and got the crowd ready for the band starting at 10. We played 2 x 1 hour sets containing a mixture of old and more up to date numbers and finished at 12.45.
We are on our summer break now and return to action at the end of July in The Room, Inverness. Keep an aye on our gig guide as we will be adding some new dates in Falkirk very shortly due the opening of Sportsters and City Nightclub.

Not the busiest the pub has ever been but still an enjoyable evening for us and the crowd who were in attendance.
We started off a wee bit later as Eedo forgot his stool after using it at home earlier with his new electric kit.
We started the first set in the usual manner before trying out 4 of our newly rehearsed songs. We rceived some good feedback from the crowd during the break although some prefer the old reliable songs to the new ones. They were swiftly advised how much we hate the songs we are now missing out.
We did another 2 new numbers in the 2nd set and 1 in the final set. Despite the lack of people at the end of the night, they still shouted for more so we gave them a couple more before getting packed up and heading home.....via McDonalds!!
Thanks to the usual suspects for showing up!!
